Working on another beat. Any ideas for something that has a synth in it?

Just uploaded a beat.

Made it around the same time I made 'Rap music is Lame' so it has the same packs. Getting around to finding good 80's records.

EDIT: Also added another one. Just a Cortex sampled played around with.

Cortex sounds fantastic. I like how you don't go into pad spam on Cortex in comparison to Broken. The vibe of Cortex was cool too.

Having trouble finding good drum samples. Or maybe I just don't have that good of an ear for finding them. Any tips?

So I'm back. Still going through with making the mixtape. It's been a looooong while since I've been on here so I bet people probably wont even remember what it is that I'm doing.

Made on track that I can say I'm okay with. I'll post it up on here sooner or later.

for good drum samples, listen to the radio.. there are some really dope stations on the internet that only play rap/hiphop
just record that with audacity or your sp, chop and eq it..
accuoldschoolradio is dope, just to give an example, also a good lesson in rap/hiphop history ..lol
gotta upload something soon
