So I just bought my SP404 as my first non-midi sampler off ebay 2 weeks ago. I've been playing with it and reading forums and the manual and I have an idea of how it works. What I am trying to do is either take samples that are saved to my CF card and edit them in adobe audition or ableton, or take samples from my computer that I would pre-edit in adobe audition and put them onto my 404.
When I opened my CF on my computer a whole bunch of .SPD files came up that I have no idea what they do. And no .WAV files we're in the SP404 folder...
I'm running a laptop with a usb adapter for the CF card, Adobe Audition 3, Ableton Suite 8, and Windows 7 (I think 64bit).
I also have an M-Audio audio interface and Pro Tools SE. I could record into the audio interface and edit the track after, or record samples off of my computer onto the 404, but I'd still prefer to have the option to edit before hand off the CF card.
Thanks for looking at my post.

you need to use the export function to get wavs out of the card
Samples.

Oh haha that's alot simpler then I thought it'd be. Thanks. And I'm assuming there's an import function that works the same way?
