BATTLE #121: SQUIRMY RIVER

So here are 5 samples-

The first one is the song that plays during the credits for the movie "Squirm" off VHS, and the second is from the Movie "The River" with Mel Gibson, off vinyl.

The break is from a record by the band Spirit, I forget which... there is no kickdrum in it but the other sample I put in there has a big fat ass kickdrum. I forgot what movie it came from.

Only rules are: No outside samples/snyths, and 1 SP only. Also you must use ALL 5 samples, even if just for little snippets. Ok, battle goes till a week from this post, or a little longer if we need more time. peace!

edit: Added a snare roll because that other snare is super weak

wanted to do the flylo pattern copy trick, had no backup space and thought cancel + remain would delete all backups. now everything is deleted, all the samples gone

why am i so stupid and dont look into the manual when im unsure about it

is there any redo function? why am i even asking, i know the answer

whatever, just going to try recreating shit..

oh and nice idea uploading the samples to bandcamp, a whole bandcamp with all sp-battles samples / or tracks would be kinda cool btw

I didn't even think about it until it was too late but I might have broken some rules by making it like two short beats and not one continuous one. I was thinking of the first one being sort of like an intro but whatever, I had fun making it.
