sp-404 memory card

i have a 1gb memory card and check my computer it has 800 MB left but yet i resample on my og 404 for like 10 seconds and it says FUL instantly. anyone ever run into this problem?

internal memory = bank A & B
external memory (ur 1 GB memory card) = bank C-J

yeah i deleted a shit ton of stuff off those banks and its still saying full

i dont know if its the same thing on the OG but on the sx there's a way of holdin the remain button to see the time left that you can record.
never had that problem tho, usin a 16gb sdcard.
