Problem with wave converter

Hello, I have my sp404sx since yesterday

I install wave converter to load my sample on the SD card but when I open wave converter, put the SP404CARD DRIVE, and choose a bank, there is no pad on the software, and the import and delete buttons arn't active....

I read the manual, 0 pb with that. I search a lot on internet, 0 pb with that.

I read the "readme" file of wave converter, they told me to install "adobe reader". I did it, but it is not working...
I delock, lock, delock, lock my SD card, but it is not working...

please help me.. :s

I initialize the program of the sd card... and nothing again, same problem.....

AAAAHHHH I feel alone in front of that. I search I search I search and nothing....

and I'm sure this is a naaby solution!!
