So I want to start sampling from vinyl because i have so many, and I wanted to know if it would be smart to buy a DJ Mixer or if I even need to do so?
Thanks, Winn

Re: quick question
You don't really need a mixer if you're just going to sample because you can just EQ the sample with your SP. But if you have an old turntable that's not loud enough just buy a turntable amp and you'll be good to go.

you can prob find one cheaper but that phono preamp gets the job done for cheap.
It's always nice to have a dj mixer though. A basic vestax vmc is nice to have around.

Re: quick question
if your turntable has a built in pre amp you don't even need that ART
