Normalize sample in batch using Amadeus Pro!

Post by Rabot »

I don't think Amadeus is available for Windows, but for Mac user i've found this very useful!

First, get this "very legit" version or amadeus!

Then, use this batch file thing I made;
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/8967923/norma% ... 00db.batch
(atm, all it does is convert every sample to mono, then normalize them to 0db max rms value) It remplace the original one by the normalized one, but you can change that easily, you'll see!)

I use bankrobber to backup all my sample in banks and stuff, but you could do that with any audio source.

What's cool is that it doesn't alter the names and you can send them right back into the sampler!

ALSO; i'm suing 404sx obviously, I don't really know how the 303 and such handle files, but it might works out!
