Bought an SP 303 for 45 bucks, small problem though...

Hey, so I bought a 303 at a pawn shop for cheap with a trade in, the only issue (so far) is that a few of the pads require a lot of pressure to be triggered. I opened it up thinking maybe it just needs a good cleaning. Any suggestions?
