SP-404SX with Traktor Scratch or Serato Scratch?

Im looking into getting one of the two programs. I was wondering if its possible to use the on-board effects on the SP with DJ program. I know i can use the FX while spinning real vinyl but im not sure if works the same way with serato or traktor. I have a 4-channel Numark M6 USB mixer if that helps at all.

+1 on caustic also try out supreme mpa, it's basically a cheap mpc clone. I don't have an android as the audio apps are not up to par in comparison to iOS.

Err... Not quite sure if that's what Good was asking about.

@Goodkind: Sure, the SP404 could work with that mixer in certain arrangements. When you make a choice on Serato or Traktor make sure you look into buying a soundcard designed for DJ set ups using either program that include RCA outs.

Chuck your 404 between a soundcard out channel & mixer in channel & you're in luck.

If you want to put the SP between multiple channels you'll probably find a few problems. Even though that M6 mixer looks nice its lacking an FX loop (auxiliary send & return channels). If the mixer had one, you could send audio from the mixer to the sampler & back into the mixer without worrying which program you buy.
