og404 stock memory card question

just got an og it came with the stock memory card which only gives me sampling abilities on pads 3-12 on bank B.

when i click on banks C/G D/H E/I F/J they all start flashing (the bank buttons) and if i press it again the delete button flashes.

do i not have access to these banks at the moment? i.e do i need to buy a new card to have access to sampling to those banks?
