You are not going to find smallest than 100, actually it is really hard to find somebody who can press less than 200 this days...
They are also a service that they cut even singles of your work but it cost like $50 or so per record, you can make 1, 2, etc... but it is expensive as fuck...
if you want to make 200 I think it will cost something around $800-$900

Hey i feel ya... I been looking as well. Vinyl is where its at!
Try searching 7" format first, you can squeeze about 8min? on each side. And significantly cheaper than 12".
I think the cheapest i saw was 300 vinyls for $550 without shipping.

I made some vinyls of my work back in 2009, when I was in the process I talked a lot with the guy who manufacture the records, he told me that the less time you have on each side the best quality your song will sound...
If you have the 1st Wu tang's record you will see it is a single 12" and they compressed all the songs in there, sound quality it is shitty, volume it is weak... that's because they need to squeeze the wave sounds, if you check some pics on google you will see what I am talking about... anyways... the best results it is like 3 mins per side on 7" and about 8 to 10min on 12" that's why when a record has more than 10 songs they make 2LP and not just one...
you sacrifice quality if you put a lot of time per side.

^^^ website $564
And yeah you're right about that 3 min rule for sound quality.
Probably should try callin some of them too...alot of websites want a phone call.
It would be nice to have a sp-registry ya know? Like people would post links of quality pressers. Even cassette and cd , i'd be interested in a good price but also quality counts.
Even dibiase posted his go to guy for gear at guitarcenter....that should be included as well.

Re: Vinyl is fucking expensive!
hahaha true about that wu-tang 36 chambers vinyl.
i had 2 copies, not so that i could juggle the records but because they were both such shitt quality certain songs wouldnt work on one record so i had to use the other.
basically it was super crackly, volume level super low, and the slightest fuck up with the needle would leave it broken and skipping.
dirty ass album though hahaha

What you can do it is to get the records from that place and make the jackets somewhere else, look for places who work with cardboard and paper, like vistaprint, or places like that... I bet you can have those for cheap...
Also take in count it is $564 + tax AND s&h so it is going to be much more.
