Both sound nice man, really like the last two tracks on [TakesTwo]. Maybe watch your levels, cause like in the first track the drums overshadow the samples and sit really far forward, but in the second track the levels of the drums sounded like they were quite and to compensate they've been hell compressed and lost all the dynamics. The 404 compressor seems to really squash and flatten drums if you combine pushing it too hard with drums that are quieter than the sample. If that's what you were after or you like it though then that's cool. It's nice stuff though man, got a good vibe. As long as your putting shit out you can't go wrong!
