We're currently working on a new version of SP-FORUMS. We will implement the requested Private Messaging system and add a couple of other features.

If you have any requests for this new version, now is the time to let us know!

Also, feel free to let us know what you like about the current site and we'll make sure it will stay the same.

Excellent forum guys, glad I stumbled around here, absolutely love the SP-404 (was previously a software-only producer)

PM's are always a good idea, only other thing I could think of is [if spam becomes a problem] moderators, as they are always a good thing to have...

edit: Also, maybe allow linking to offsite avatars. Basically, instead of having to upload an avatar, make it so you an just type in a direct link to an image (ex: www.whatever.com/thisisthepicture.jpg) so long as there is a limit on the size (like 100x100 pixels)

PEACE!

Dedicated 505 and 606 'tips & tricks' - I've got a heap for the 606 but nowhere to post 'em!

mmmmmmm, I think it's becoming clearer now......this is not really an SPx0x forum; it's just an SP202/303/404 forum. It certainly seems that way. I guess us 505/606 lepers will have to start our own forum. Or just go and make tunes and forget about wasting time on the net. Now there's an idea.

Unfortunately we can't make a category for every subject because this will make things a mess. We try to make a category for every popular subject so everything is neatly organized. Currently we don't have a 505 or 606 section because there doesn't seem to be enough demand for their own categories. However, posts regarding these SP's can still be made in Production Techniques.

Ofcourse we'll take your suggested tips in consideration for the next version of SP-FORUMS.
