Tempo match help

On the 808ex, is tempo matching accurate and does it warp the sounds to tempo match? I am doing megamixes and I need all 16 pads to have the same tempo of 100. Is this possible? I am trying to prevent using Sony acid to beat match and sample in the finished product to the 808ex.
