^^ yea this is a big part of what makes scruffs beats so special...i mean,yea, obviously his crates are deep and his chops and arrangements are dope,but the color and texture of the beats are incredible,so warm sounding.I know I've seen him mention using basically just sp and reason,but i'm wondering if there's some kind of tape or vhs in the process as well?another thing i really dig is all the different panning of the hats on a lot of these.again,so ill scruff!

the beat tape in whole is dope. pressing your own stuff to wax is dope too, and a big deal, with all the fees and minimum order associated with it. going 7", theres only so much you can fit on it. how'd you narrow the selection from all those tracks as to what will make the cut?

Thanks Matt, but it wasnt me that chose those two beats. There was interest from Heardrum Records.. They approached me, to put some music on wax.. First I chose two different tracks, but had to scratch that cause of the samples..
