everytime i get a sample goin, i cant ever get the drums right

i try to chop the drums on a fast tempo song and it always come out soundin weird

and. um

should i search 1st b4 askin ?uestions?

i had a zoom microtrack thing and i like this better

im finna print out these tricks they helpful

when i am ready to put a pattern together

on pad 1 when i put it on loop it plays...

but it acts like its playing
and it screws up and it stops, collects itself and plays it again and it plays fine...

but i aint stop collect myself when i was playin the loop and not makin a pattern...

the octave effect sounds kinda wierd to me, I usually avoid it.





turn off the protect setting. Hit cancel while you turn on the machine.

Yo gotta jump into the manual homie. The 404s manual is very eas to understand. If you dont have it you can get at it rolands website.

roddy, welcome i am just learning too. i hate these f&%$ers can make such nice beats and i am just suckin vapors but i practice when i want (or can), so anyway refresh and WELCOME.

i rarely have time to actually time to spend 4 plus hours on

but then i wake up and play the tape in my car an im like wtf
