IDE to Compact Flash devices are a dime a dozen these days. There are so many makes and models that one can't really ask if anyone has tried a particular model. It's more productive honestly to just try as many as you can and cross your fingers that one will work and post your results on the forums. I've tried 4 IDE to CF devices so far that actually work well in my synths but not the SP-808/EX yet. Every time I get my hands on a new IDE/CF/SD device I give it a try. So far no luck, but when that day comes, I'll certainly post a note here. Best of luck.
