Solar Powered 303

Long shot, but would this work with the 303?

You can recharge the battery with an AC adapter or the sun (lol).

I'm no expert in electronics but since it's 9v and 1000mA, which is the same as the included AC adapter, I think it might just work.

Could anyone a little more handy clear this up?

Thoughts:

1. meant for something that has rechargeable battery , like a cellphone (lithium or similar)
2. Some devices let you charge rechargeable batteries (like AAs) thru a 9 volt, like my novation x-station synth. I don't think the SP line has this capability
3. Doubt its really running at 1000ma consistently

check the battery pack trhead we made some year ago...
but if this solar method is working , this is really a cool find!

I read somewhere that the "part that recharges" is located inside the device and that the power supply only distributes a DC current. (This may be untrue though.)

Wouldn't the SP just turn off once the output mA dips? That's the case with digital delay pedals on batteries.
