But for real, I just went to a record store around the corner and they had a lootpack LP signed by madlib and DJ romes. They said that madlib and his fellows went there 2 years ago and bought a whole lot of jazz records.

He does, he did it here in the Sco. Fuck that shit. I won't go to his shows and waste money but he's a talented rapper so I'll always buy his album. To be honest I kinda have stage fright so if I was famous I might try the same ish, so I can't really hate, plus Doom wears a mask 'cause he thinks he's ugly so he probably doesn't have good self-esteem.

LOL!!! Ha, Doom is that guy you love to hate. I heard about those fraud shows and thats kinda effed up to do the fans, But its still kinda funny too,
with his whole shtick with the mask it makes it too easy to dupe the folks.
I bet he's caking up but f'real I read that DOOM rocks the mask symbolically because it shouldn't matter what the emcee looks like, it should be about the wreck.

It shouldn't but this day in age image has everything to do with your ability to sell records on a large basis which is the watermark of industry success. Just listen to his raps his insecure to say the least. Plus his whole approach to the industry and shows must have changed after having the black bastards album dropped from elektra and his brother being hit by a car shortly after.
