Never was too stoked on the Octa until the latest update with all the awesome trig modes.

Hmm.. i still think the octatrack is a stepping stone towards some great new live sample-manipulation explosion.. I envisage... epicness... coming soon.. so as cool as it is, I dont want to buy one..

I know I've been going on about this for some time, but as I see other tech evolve slowly the picture in my head is getting less and less fuzzy.. still too fuzzy for me to build something and have it turn out how i know it should be, but im starting to get bits...

I'm not saying I will invent this thing, I just feel there is a certain inevitable style of tech that will soon emerge and everyone will jump on it and it will be 'the new thing' .. kinda like the way digital mixing changed mixing from a linear game.

sorry this is a pics thread. carry on :P

You can wait for this imaginary product while I enjoy the octatrack now. It's a game changer trust me. Also it kind of sounds like the thing you are waiting for already exists its called the octatrack haha. To each their own though!

even if I like my lil radio to death I think I should invest in a cassette player that actually records and play without to much hiss/fuzz and wierd artifact.

also anyone using these like Y line cable. like the one that you can plus 2 input to one output. do they work good?
