arturia and 404 question

i got a 404sx and a arturia analog experience controller and program.. how do i sample the keyboard sounds and put them on the 404 ive tried midi but its confusing to me. and there seems to be no record function of the arturia software so i dont thing i can save files then import them to the sdhc cars.
