first one sounds like sampled off of vinyl, then a healthy does of sidechain compression or maybe SP303 vinyl sim type - maybe with some boosts in the low end too (like 220hz for snare, 80hz for bass)

2nd one sounds like 80s drum machines...check out Linn drum, Oberheim DMX, stuff like that.
