I like it, im not going to bother with the sequencer untill i learn it, but i got the rest down, its like a poor mans ASR X. without the stock sounds , which reminds me I have a bank of asr x drums , I should post in the library

Yo, Quantum if you could post some ASR-X drums that would be ill. I miss the EXP-3 Urban Dance rom!! I should have taken the time to rip all the drum sounds out of the ASR-X's EXP-3 sound card before I sold it.

The SampleTrak is criminally underrated. Quantizing took me a while to get a hold of but once I did, there was no turning back. It's kind of like the best parts of the SP-505 and 303 all mish mashed together. If it had a competent sequencer and better MIDI it would eat the Roland SP family alive. Drum sequencing on the ST-224 is light years ahead of the program capabilities on the 303.

Oh yeah, the ZMF Producer makes the ST-224 even more useful. Whenever I get bored at work (which is quite often  ), I just plug in the SmartMedia drive and get to making drum kits. Props to whoever found that program and decided to spread the word about it. ZMF Producer makes working on the ST that much easier!! The ST's workflow is so fast and instantaneous.
