What up Party People

I made a thread about my instrumental album, Stray Neurons Vol. 1, but that fell pretty far, so rather than upping it I decided to post this Doom remix off the album that I had a shitload of fun doing

http://sinapse.bandcamp.com/track/doom- ... spit-remix

If you are feeling it go ahead and check out the rest of the album on the bandcamp

Some other beats and lots of raps coming soon!

Peace

I like the beat(is that King Geedorah?) goes well with the content. did you pitch down the vox?

Thanks for sliding through man - the track is about 7 or 8 bpm slower than the original version, I always felt like the track was too pacey, so I slowed it down - it's been remixed so heavily I wanted to give it a totally different swing and vibe. Not sure what you mean about King Geedorah in relation to the beat but the beat is pretty simple, it's a basic flip on Al Greens "Cant Believe That It's Real" and the drums are from the "Big Beat" break plus some added bass.

So Dope! How did you separate the vocals from the original MF Doom track? Or is there an acapella version of that song?

Thanks man! The pella is available - you can find it pretty easy by googling...this track has actually been remixed quite a lot (mostly pretty lousy doom/madlib knockoffs though). Thanks again to those listening...check out the full instrumental album (+ a few remixes like this one) here: http://sinapse.bandcamp.com/album/stray-neurons-vol-1

Speaking of Al Green, somebody needs to grab those vocals from President Obama singing Al Green, and it to a beat! He actually nailed it form what I saw.
