do any of you dj with just the 404?

how do you set samples to mono?

I didn't see this already asked and I couldn't find the answer in the manual (although it is very possible I could have overlooked on both)

when I am uploading samples onto my 404 just half of the samples will upload and instead of doing the rest it will just repeat the same samples and mix them ...

I have a sp 404 and when I am playing live with my band I find that the volume of my samples are not loud enough even when I try and turn them up on the sp 404. is there anyway to remedy this (other than turning up my amp)? or am I going to have to get on my computer and turn up the volume of all of ...

I just ordered my sp-404 yesterday and it should get here soon. however I want to know what I will be able to do with it once it arrives. do they come with stock sounds/samples?
