sound like regular ol' 404 vinyl sim to me

Is there a way to get more than 64 bars in the pattern sequencer?

Sometimes when I work with out of time samples or longer chops/songs I like to set the pattern sequencer to 99 so it doesn't loop.

Seems like 64 is the max on the mk2 tho

would seem as if the device has a bit of an identity crisis.

As of now I'm using Ableton as my main sequencer and to edit/master tracks.

My signal flow is

Audio Technica LP-120 + UMC-404HD (out)3/4 > Gemini PS -676 Mixer >SP-505 > SP 404mk2 > UMC-404HD (in) 1/2 > Ableton (Ext. Effects)


I might have to switch the 404 and the 404 in the chain as well to ...

Have any of yall gone about sequencing another SP with the 505.

I want to use my 404mk2 to make chops and mangle sounds with the efx busses, then use the 505 to sequence using the 4 part system.

Would this be possible through midi and have yall tried with any of the older SPs.

ellaguru - Did you pre order this? I am on the fence. I kinda wish I would of dropped in around $325, but still 399 sounds really good if it operates as their videos imply. Yesterday i found a strange behaviour on mk2, maybe a bug:

I have on both busses (1+2) the efx FILTER + DRIVE active. I can change Filter Cutoff, Resonance and Drive independently on the busses, but when i change the filter type (LPF, HPF...) on one bus, the type of the other bus changes, too ...
