Used the SP as a sketchpad to get the basic beat, then resampled the song through the SP into my MPC where I filtered and arranged everything. After that I resampled into my SP to get that compression on and recorded it in with no further processing.

EDIT ...

I was finally able to sit down and sample this last night and got something going. I think I am going to resample everything into my MPC tonight for arranging.

Have to give it to asha c this time around.

That door hinge trumpet sounds very dub-ey and reminds me of a Thievery Corporation song.
