New LoFi Music Forum
Hey Everybody,
I recently started a forum dedicated to everything lofi.
I'm still in the process of adding categories, and messing with the design, but you all are all set to start signing up. Please, if you have any suggestions, you can just message me here.

Re: Recording Drum Patterns (Help)
ah the so-called Dakim technique is just a delay with the feedback to the max, it just becomes like a live looper. It's cool to do while using turntable tricks and turning on/off the EXT pad(and putting it on "gate" too).
Oh wow, so he's not actually recording a drum pattern? Just a delay trick ...

Recording Drum Patterns (Help)
Hey,
Is there another way to record drum patterns, not in pattern mode, while a current pad/sample is already playing? Like in this video, around the 1:30 mark.

Thanks!

What do you mean though by having the ins of your interface to your outs? You need your SP outs to your interface and your interface to your computer, that's it.
Well, I was following this tutorial.

EXT Source High Pitch Whine Noise
Hey,
I am trying to use my sp404sx as an external effect with ableton. I have the outs of my sp going to my interface and the ins from my interface going into my outs. When I hit the EXt Source pad, I get this very high pitched noise.
Any Help?
Thanks
