I know there really isn't any velocity on the SP... especially the 303 since that is what I use, but I was wondering what do you guys do to make up for that?

do you just make a few resampled versions of the sound with volume and slight pitch changes or what? ... This is what i'm thinking of doing ...

I actually have one in storage that I used to use awhile back... and i'm trying to get rid of the storage unit because of the expense.

to call something slow means you are comparing it to something else... when it came out the shit was pretty damn fast... I never had a problem with the time it takes to load something.. usually about 4 seconds...I use mine in conjunction with audacity for multitracking and it isn't a problem at all ...

maybe the output is loud, but the input sucks dick..... i had a track that was loud as shit and went to sample it and when I through it back in the pc with just a single effect...the shit came out about 1/8 the size in waveform

It's iight...not my personal favorite...buts it's coo....it's really just a lot of chops and effects...I'm sure somebody out there is feeling it....I just need a little more of a consistent rhythm and groove.

I remember recording all my previous tracks with it around 3 O'clock..like dude said.. and I was trying to record some shit with it at max after a friend played with it for awhile.... i'm about to just glue the shit ha ha.. jk ...but it def doesn't need to go ...

Simple question or maybe not,

But when you're recording with the volume knob all the way up... are you getting the white noise or w.e that is as well?

I just tried to make a track and had it all the way up and man oh man did I have the worst time trying to mix that track.. i ended up scrapping it

This is almost exactly what I do and found this out on my own...the only thing I don't do is the final part where you re do the marks...never bought of that...so now I will def be doing that
