what are the note numberss by the way?


that shit always tripps me out, cause its reads all crazy like

dude you know how i can use my 404 with garageband?...usin my padkontrol

i went to my midi class today, and long story short im bout to invest in a midi express

very nice, makes me want to play on them all day


tho i still ain't got my 404 to go thru my padkontrol yet, but i ain't been back to my boys house with the mac since, and im savin up for a soundcard, which my teacher in my midi class said i shouldn't need, so i dunno, ima bring all my gear to open ...

but i still have one more question, about the rca cables, i should have them to the comp? what if the comp im usin don't have rca port? i need a big expenive sound card?

i know you know what your doing but i know nickp has the same set up and i really want him to tell me what the problem is cause im forsure he knows

but yeah ok so i got my midi ch.on number 1 for my 404 and all the pad on the padkontrol, i start off on usb power hen i switch to ac, i turn my 404 ...

come on dude i asn't even tryin to say it like that, ou don't have a padkontrol. i take and try your advice tho

Here's what I would do:
note numbers go from 46 up to 118 ..
those are more numbers than pads, so how would i set that up? i got all my pdkontrol pads on ch.10, and i start the 404 up on ch. 10, but its still a nogo, and i switches to ac power and still nothing, to heads that know what their ...

i got my old nija turtle swim bag, its like perfect size

thanks for the help, im still trying to figur out what note numbers and channel really are, i read most of that that had about midi on tweaks i still didn't see any clearify about note numbers tho im going to keep trying untill i get it right
