Hmmm...you'd most likely need to purchase a looper pedal for this. I can see it working fine with 404 as final output in the following chain:

PIANO -> LOOP PEDAL -> 404. I don't think you'd need a mixer for this and loop pedal can turn on/off the loop at will. Just be advised it won't have an midi ...
