I've made a shorter samples. It didn't solve the problem.

Also, I've noticed that when I play the drum track in loop mode on 404 it sounds as it meant to sound. When I trigger it from Cubasis, also looping it from there, it feels like the sample doesn't play till its end, starting to play again a ...

Thanks for reply, Ellaguru. I've made a topic there as well. I wanted to play songs live, constructing them from samples using the external sequencer. So this issue makes me sad. It's what I bought it for.
