So I couldn't remember my password to the MPC forums and for the life of me I cant fin anything myself . I know on my 1000 and 5000 I can, but the 2k wont do it. Is there a setting to do so.

Anyone know anything about this? The same thing has happened to me!

No pads work, I cant do a hard restart or anything.

So the SP turns on, then it just reads 8. and the peak level indicator is on full blast. If anyone has any info on this it would be awesome. Let me know please! Has anyone dealt with this?

Honestly Im kind of just a hoarder for gear. I use it all, but I have way to many samplers. I mainly use the 303 with my MPC5k. I have a ton of other stuff too. I like to play em and find out the workflow, see if I like it, and if I dont I sell it. But ive found I just have more fun messing with gear.

I have a 303, had a 505, have a 555, and 808. Anything about this one I should explore first? Whats your favorite part of this machine? Im pumped to start using it.

Im currently going through this right now. I grew up with no money, and my buddy had the 303, so he and I would make beats, and I would lay verses over them. Im finally in a position in life to afford the gadgets I wanted as a kid.That being said, in my lab now as it stands is:
