Hey dudes, I just got the SP-404(sx) a week ago. These are the first tracks I've done with it. Let me know what you think, any feedback will be greatly appreciated!! Make sure you click on the "download now" button, then wait the 50 seconds, not push the green download buttons.

Oh i figured it out... If a pad is not highlighted under remain and you trigger that pad after the effect drop, it will switch the FX to that pad... I just have to keep everything under remain I guess even though I wanted to trigger those samples during the drop oh well

So this seemed to be working last night, but now when I hold tap tempo and push isolator the drop works fine, but every time I push another sample, it will isolate that sample instead... i don't really know whats happening..

yeah thats the first thing I figured out how to do, I was gettin frustrated after around an hour of sampling for the first time, but my friend showed me how. Just new start point, resample, new start point etc. Its just the adjusting the start and end points that kill me... The thing I love most ...

how do i use tap tempo with isolator?

I want to use mfx22 to mute everything but like my snare by holding remain and pushing down all other pads. This undoes itself every time I play another sample, the fx will mute that instead. Is there a way to avoid this so I can have the fx to drop everything but the snare all the time even when I ...

I'm having a little bit of trouble with a track I'm working on, would appreciate any help. Pretty much I have a series of patterns I want to play with the occasional beat drop that mutes everything but the snare. On top of the patterns, I am playing live samples.

OH wait I think I get it... You record the synth performance while the loop is playing on the DAW, then just sample only the synth after its been recorded... aiiitteeeee

wait up, now i'm confused... how can I sample the synth performance onto the SP playing through monitors while playing along with the loop playing through headphones in the same DAW at the same time?

okok i'll try that with the effects. I already tried what you were saying by using the DAW, but whenever I resample, I get the same problem... I see what you mean by getting lucky with the start and end points though... thanks!
