Re: Best Ipad/pod/phone Beat Making Apps.

BM2 is the most insane piece of iPhone app Ive ever used. creativity in your pocket. going on tour in a week and will use BM and the SP to make music while on the road. hoping to make an EP in the 2 weeks of touring.

not heavy at all. fairly light , yet enough weight to make it fell sturdy.

I take mine with me everywhere, and the fact that its battery powered helps alot.

Re: External Pattern Sequence editor (EPSE404 v1.4a)

Sorry for not maling myself clear .

The thing is, I use my SP as a central part if my studio set up, and since my recorder doesn't support typical midi clock signals, it would be great to use the metronome sound of the recorder to trigger the computer sequencer, especially when you record multiple ...

Re: MIDI sync issue

the issue is that my HD recorder sends a really weird type of MTC/midi clock fusion signals. If anyone has a really good software to track midi in signals(more advanced than midi ox) or a way to convert MTC to regular midi clock, I would love that.

Re: External Pattern Sequence editor (EPSE404 v1.4a)

that, instead of syncing the tempo, you can use the metronome sound of an external recorder to trigger the sequence.

is there some way to convert MTC to classic midi clock signals?

Re: External Pattern Sequence editor (EPSE404 v1.4a)

that sucks. still is a fine piece of software!

feature request, being able to trigger the sequencer with metronome sound. like 4 beeps and GO! great for those of us that doesn't have a midi clock compatible device.

Re: External Pattern Sequence editor (EPSE404 v1.4a)

ok.

Im using the midisport uno interface. and my recorder is set to MTC with 30nd frame rate. I can see that the midisport is receiving the clock, but it won't start the sequence in the software. so strange.

Re: External Pattern Sequence editor (EPSE404 v1.4a)

so its supposed to recognize the midi in signals automatically?

I guess there is an issue with my recorder. I can't make it talk to anything. fuck.

it supposedly sends both MTC and Midi clock messages, but Ive tried both, nothing seems to work. or is there some particular setting that I need to ...
