ya it only responds on channel 1 but the pattern sequencer on the sp-555 is always set to 1 also and you cant change it :

sorry, i know this is ancient, but has anyone used the sp555 as the midi clock for their set up? basically i have a monotribe with midi in capabilities, and i want the sequencer of the monotribe to run in time with the sp555 pattern sequencer. i don't have any cables to try it out though. anyone ...

the second one was mostly a single sample sped up or slowed down in patterns, which also changed the pitch. that was all in ableton with midi no sp involved.

i'm trying to set the parameters of the super filter before i apply it, so i know that its low-pass, the cut off is at the maximum, and the resonance is at the minimum. there's something in the manual saying that if i hold down remain and then turn the knobs, the effect i apply next should ...

Cuz he is. But its the future ya know? Dudes here talkin' bout using ipads to dj. What would that look like? Its all good though so long as the music's right. ANYONE can dj nowadys, so the the art is in the songs you choose .

is he actually doing nothing? i've seen him play live a few times, but ...
