sorry I made a new, better test now and i found no big differences anymore, in fact the sp555 sound was a little better
It must have been the filter I put on in the sp555 that screwed things up, sorry

I was exporting my samplings to the computer with the SD-card and I think the quality was bad. With nearly the same sampling from my Korg KP3 the quality was very god.
