I am pretty sure that it's the same power supply as for the Electribes EMX-1 and ESX-1 (with SmartMedia slot, not sD).

I use the same power supply for my EMX-1 and D12. I wish I had a d1200, no USB on mine...

I kind of doubt that it would have a monophonic drum machine (as opposed to stereo), and using monophonic synthesis (one note at a time) seems even more unlikely for a drum machine.

I would think more likely that it's something made up of one or several monotrons with an electribe type sequencer ...

If the polarity was the opposite it would not turn on. When you buy a universal AC adapter the tips are removable. So when you put it on and it doesn't turn on your just turn the tip around. This has never killed any of my machines before. That's because a lot of devices have some protection ...

i read the whole manual through, didn't see anything, but maybe there's a trick someone may know. i need to use both outputs so i can effect only certain samples.
