I compressed too much on my latest battle beat, and it sounds fairly dodgy. I usually forget to take care of stuff like volume levels, which is why I like using computers for production, but then again, it's always a learning experience

Yes, it's a nice country to live. There is no glazed eyes emoticon, but it would be relevant right now.

I'm excited, I think I am going to try to bust in to both the Stones Throw battle zone and this one. Should help me keep the beats fresh. I always obsess over tracks and end up scrapping them when I get too frustrated.

I still use my mini disc recorder, that thing is the shit. I got the sony portable one, never knew they made a multi track one. I bet that thing is dope!!

I've never seen a real MD 4-tracker (uses special disks I hear), but when I was in Highschool I was obsessed with the format. I met a 70 year ...

Double check your system's audio output settings. I work with a mac, and I know I can switch them from the built in audio sound card, to an external one, so if I switch it, I can't hear anything out of my speakers until I change it back.
