I was having this issue as well, I was messing around with a bunch of settings and set the attenuator option to on. Once it was off, it seemed pretty similar to my other SP's.

Yes, and SHIFT + GATE will GATE the whole bank, or turn it off.

COPY + EXIT will copy an entire bank to another bank.

Roland found it cool to adjust the volume of banks. It's factory set to 80, so even if you got it all full blast at 127, the sound will be at 80. Set all your banks volume at 127.

Dude putted like 20 porn pics on his MK2. All pics were rendered how you said. I was like because Roland says only 6 custom images, but this guy placed 20! Clean job too, looked like old C64 graphics when images were only green-scale.

The late Ikutaro Kakehashi. He the man that oversaw all production of Roland samplers. What he says, goes into the SPs.

I had them all, the best for me is the SP606. Its quieter than the 303/505, AND its converters were designed and created by Roland Japan. Its not wav or Mp3, its Roland's own RDAC sound.

However, the MKII is almost pure silent. But nothing like the 606's distinct sound.

So far, you can copy a sample from a project to another project. Use Skipback Sampling feature. It holds the sample in there like the old clipboard feature. You simply load up another project and copy the sample to it.

Eh, its for v1.10.

None of the newer features like Skipback are on that version. Needs to be v1.13.
