Are things like loop/gate/fx settings for each bank stored internal or on the card?

I want to take a 2nd backup memory card gigging incase there's some freak occurence with the main one. Should I be able to just duplicate the main card, and have the 2nd card on standby? If the 404 is totally ...

Have I misinterpreted what the manual says here? I have imported a ton of samples, and setup my spreadsheet so I can map the Drum Triggers (Mandala Pads) to send the right MIDI note for the banks.

The manual says:

B2...A3# are for A1...12
B3...A4# are for B1...12

Bring it on! I'm a drummer using this thing as a trigger destination for my band, as well as for live edits of the samples and "messing around" between songs. So most of my sample work is pre baked using various bits of software, and managing the patchlist and mappings to the Alesis Trigger I/O ...
