the files are named correctly and are in the root folder. my problem is that i'm holding down cancel and pressing resample and nothing is happening. am i misunderstanding something?

i followed the instructions of the manual and held cancel while pressing resample, and "FiL" does not show up on the display and "Resample" does not start blinking. i'm pretty sure the files are all formatted correctly, and even if they weren't, it seems like i should at least be able to get past ...
