i figured out how to make it work but now my problem is that not all of the files i placed on the CF card are importing..i don't get why because they are all the same format and i labeled them ''steez_01.wav - steez_10.wav'' only two of them ended up loading..i tried it several times.. anyone know ...

I'm having trouble programing basslines for patterns on the 404...if I have a bass stab how can I get it to play at different tunes? The mpc has a 16note function but i cant figure out how to get it done w/ a 404...there should be a way cuz I know madlib does this w/ his basslines on various beats ...

I just traded in my mpc1k in for a new sp404 because I love the sound and effects it has..however i'm having trouble adjusting...is there any way around having only one effect for each pattern or sample? and how do I track out my patterns for mixing down? please help...1.
