if u makin a 404 bass kit, post a link yo. i wouldnt use more than 12. but im more interested in flippin samples and segments than makin it from scratch. witout velocity sensitivity and ish, the 404 aint for dat (in my opinion)

anybody some nice upright bassline samples? i bin goin thru my jazz collection and very rarely do i find any straightup bass solos to sample. and those that i do find aint 2 fly. i know a lot of jazz uses the same monotonous bassline so im wonderin if anybody got suggestions for some more unique ...

aight look. as far as i know, the sp 404 is a great compact machine that has severe technical limitations. none that cant be wrkd around wit a lil kreativity n perseverence but limitations nonetheless. plain and simply, the 606 seems more capable and friendly ta this shit than the 404. so u can go ...

usin da 404 wit midi is 2 fuckin hard yo. eitha upgrade alexinah to a 606 or stick wit bangin da shit out live. but as u showed me way back at duke, one trackin dat bitch gets da fuckin job did

has anyone ever found faceplates from the US though? cuz the only site i found wit skins is in the UK and u gotta pay in euros
