i'll check the volume, and i'll see how sampling to individual pads works too.
koraklos: the loop is like 6 seconds long, it's just a break. how long is too long?

Chop Problem
Got the machine like 2 weeks ago and just started sittin down wit it seriously. I tried chopping a few different drum samples and nothing happened (i.e., when it was supposed to be chopped to the new pad bank all that happened was the exact same original sample was copied onto one pad w/o being ...

yo twitch thanks for the reply. yeah the volume was all the way up on both the mixer and sampler when i recorded, and the main volume was too when i tried to play it back. i tried recording it on a few different pads w/ no luck, but they light up when i hit em so i know it's recorded- just can't ...

trouble w/ sample playback
sorry if this was dealt w/ elsewhere.
just got the unit a couple days ago. i tried sampling a record and got as far as recording it (stored on a pad successfully), but can't play it back. i get nothing in the headphones if i hit the pad to hear it back. any ideas?
