shire l'black - A not to violent flip. I like the guitars.
EndorShores - Sounds like the duracell rabbit is angry There are some nice effects and variations.
gis_sweden - I didnt use Heyes drums. Strange flip again. Expects 0 votes… At least the track have a clear structure…
IIIII - I really like this track.
UnfoldingMachines Very inovatve. Shit this is good.
a.D. - Not my favorite. A little hmmm messy? But nice use of the samples.
Lodger - Also good, but it’s a little “to much” for my taste.
Flop - Different.
Hatym - The beat works. A little to much fx imo.


Stands between IIIII and UnfoldingMachines.

Always interesting to see the different extremes of which people hear stuff in these battles. I'll spare any constructive criticism, although I will be trying to figure out exactly where my track gets messy, good loooking on that, Gis. My favorites this time around are Lodger and Hatym- going with Lodger. Digging the down-tempo trip hoppish vibe.Peace to shire and Flop, hope to see you in some more battles.And thanks for the words flop and Endor....1

Thanks for digging my track, Gis! Your stuff's sounding more confident these days too, really like the way you ended your piece too. You like your sound art, don't you?

The clear winner for me was IIIII, no wonder you retired for a while there... With tracks like that, the rest of us have a lot of learning to do.

Smacked the concrete down! Naw,lol... Thanks a lot to those who gave me a vote, it's much appreciated. Respect to all that submitted- I know it's been said a million times, but these battles and all the different beats that come out of them are a definite testament to the art of sampling. It's one of my little girl's birthday weekend, so i probably won't get around to posting the samples for #81 till sunday night or monday. Might have to skip the actual battle though, got mad shit I'm working on. I'll make sure to pick something fresh though. Peace
