A.D. had the best sounding drumpattern in this competion so far, plus he had the elephants...

Lodger flipped the track real nice and laid down some nice percussions to fit the india theme. Character sounds are cool too, so Lodger did it for me.

Went with Lodger over A.D... Lodger that beat was sick the tabla or whatever it is was really stood out in ur beat which was dope and the added synth really worked well. A.D. I thought ur beat was crazy too from what u were doin with the sound effects but I thought Lodgers melody was stronger. SONIC BOOM

Jeff and Wax was a tough one to call for me they were both so dope I enjoyed both these beats. Im goin with wax because thought his beat had more variation - I really like the part at 53 seconds where it get into a drum roll.. that was the dopest point for me. HADOUKEN

for the me vs ad, I'd like to say that he did a really good job- man i know this was a rough sample and to not have other stuff to build from, its even more impressive. I do like the way that you used the arpeggio sound fx in your track thus, you've earned my vote

as for the jeff vs wax match, this was close, but for me its wax. good variety!

On a side note, it might be worth it to get the audio from the arcade roms- its probably a bit cleaner and doesn't have that short delay to make it hazy. I'm having a blast with this competition!

Tough battle so far!
In AD vs Lodger, I gotta go with Lodger. AD's track had a nice chill vibe but Lodger's felt more put together. Tablas always rock a track and it gave a nice feel to the India stage.

Wax Inspector vs DJ Just Jeff, gotta say Wax's track was ill. Both had real nice drums but Wax's had more variety and just felt more cohesive to me.

Most excellent so far dudes.

Havent been online since sat morning.. didn't even know this poll was up, I gotta listen to everything before I can vote- then again I don't think my vote matters at this point. Not surprised I got mashed, all I used was the sound effects and the main sample filtered,lol. I couldn't bring myself to make a beat that fast (as the main sample)...shoulda occured to me to flip it in half-time. Good job Lodger.

aD vs lodger .. damn, tough choice, such different styles.. i go with aD because i'm tweakin pretty hard to this glitchy shuffle feel you got goin' on.. lodger's track is really fun to listen to though.

wax vs djjj .. i go with wax, groovy man, dig the changeups and incredible drum roll. lol at 22 seconds the "hey! hey!hey!", i was hooked. djjj i wished your vocal/shout samples were mixed higher, i turned up my monitors to hear them better but then the lo-fi became a bit overbearing. very cool woodblocks in there though, it took me a few listens to hear them but i then i was diggin that clave. +points for cutest character haha
