hello!

is it possible to use 2 or more effects on different samles in one pattern?
i mean can i use, for example, a delay effect on pad 8 and reverb on pad 6 in the same time?

I do not believe this is possible.

You can activate one effect on many samples at the same time
and you can resample a sample with effects and have it be the same everytime you hit it, you could do this for every sample using a different effect.

-but you cannot use two effects from the 555's effects unit on different pads at the same time

not possible, there's only one FX engine in the SP-555. you can do it on SP-606 or the MC-808 or anything with more engines in it.

gotta resample man. resampling will be your best friend. set up your samples the way you want them to sound then lay them out in a pattern. not the reverse. i used to sort of "do a test" with my samples before resampling and making a pattern and going the distance. id use that loop capture to rock a beat and get an idea out. banging one sample at a time and overdubbing. but this allows you to lay a drumloop, you might want filter on the kick and reverb on the snare, so you rock em one at a time with the appropriate effect applied. then you can do the same with your samples, lay a piano hit with reverb, get it kicking, then lay a trumpet hit with delay, all one at a time.
because sometimes it sucks to do all this resampling and not really have an idea of what things will sound like together, then you have a bunch of samples with effects applied that dont work together. just a tip to get that loop capture rockin.
