Can anyone recall a MTV Commercial from 2000 or 2001 in which a kid uses a sampler (in my recollection it was a sp-303 or possibly a 202) to play a beat while he raps over it in his bedroom? I know it wasn't a dream cuz i specifically remember a friend asking me after I bought my 303 in '02 if that was the same sampler the kid used in the commercial. Am i going bonkers or what?!?

i kinda remember. i think the begining is a black kid walking around in the streets and buys a machine from a pawn shop, then hooks it up at his crib. im gonna search for it
