Jaylib "The Official"( Acca) Help

Whats popping SP Fam? I have been looking for the Jaylib "The Official" (acca0 forever. As far as i know it doesnt exist...unless there is a DIY out there. I tried to make it via DIY method this weeked, and FAILED Miserably. Anyone know of this out there, or could possibly make a DIY version for me? Any help would be greatyly appreciated.
